You need help, what happens next?

When you contact us, I will have a chat to find out exactly what has been happening. I usually agree to phone back to arrange the next step, this gives me a chance to speak to Mick and plan what we need to do.

I wont necessarily share all of the details with Mick.  I then arrange for Mick & I to visit you at a convenient time if this is needed. Sometimes a person just needs some advice over the phone or via email.

When we visit you, we would usually need access to the whole property but I would have already discussed the requirements and arrangements with you - you may too have special requirements or be bound by things which you cannot change that we are expected to work with.

Mick will then work spiritually to clear and resolve anything he finds; I will be supporting Mick and keeping you informed as much as possible. We normally manage this in one visit but it can take more time

If, when we visit you, we find that there is nothing spiritual or paranormal there, we will be completely honest with you; sometimes strange occurrences can be explained. If you are going through a bad time and believe you are haunted or have a poltergeist you may not always be open to logical explanations. Mick & I will feel if there is something spiritual going on, even if it is hiding.

We will also advise or support with aftercare and signposting for any other help we feel you would benefit from.
